Refund policy

Digital products

The System Diagnostic and the Targeted Sequence are digital products delivered immediately at purchase. Because access is instant, they are generally not refundable once opened. If something went wrong with your purchase, or the product is not what the page described, write to us within 14 days through the contact page and we will make it right.

The Full Dossier

The physical Dossier is printed and shipped for your family. If it arrives damaged or incomplete, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it.

Consulting engagements

The Operational Review fee is credited in full toward any pathway you go forward with. For the Four-Step Integration and Executive System Integration, scheduled sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice; cancellation terms are confirmed in writing before your engagement begins.

Credits

100% of what you pay for the System Diagnostic or the Targeted Sequence is credited toward the Full Dossier, always.
