I come on site for two six-hour days, map what is failing and what is fragile, then rebuild your family’s working system with you, with direct contact for the month. $10,000 per parent, after a $300 Operational Review call. What does an integration month cover?
Two six-hour days on site, inside your family’s real environment, then direct contact with me for the month. I map what’s failing and what’s fragile, then rebuild the working system with you: who does what, the rhythms that reduce chaos, how decisions get made, and which safety and functional gaps get closed first.
Why is it priced per parent?
Because each parent is a separate system with a separate phase, separate risks and separate needs. Two parents in one house are usually in two different places, so it’s two systems to map and two plans to build.

What’s the Operational Review?
A 45-minute conversation, $300, that comes before every executive engagement. It establishes whether my being on site would genuinely help your family. If you go forward with any pathway, the $300 is credited in full.
