Why four conversations change what a book can do
The Dossier gives you the structure. What a book can’t do is hear how the load is split in your family today, or say the part nobody has said out loud yet.
That’s the work of the four milestones. You already own the information. What you’re buying is four hours of my attention on your family specifically.

The Score Review
A one-on-one session to review the assessment and establish your parent’s baseline, so the plan starts from what is true rather than what everyone assumes.
The Phased Induction
I introduce the Phased Volume matched to your parent’s phase and walk you through putting it to work immediately.
The Legacy Audit
A careful look back to find the steps from earlier phases that were missed during the reactive years, so the catch-up work is named and scheduled instead of haunting you.
The Final Review
A last full sweep of the plan together. Remaining questions answered, friction points addressed, and your family ready to carry it forward.
How a family joins
This isn’t an add-to-cart purchase, and that is deliberate. It starts with The Operational Review: a 45-minute conversation about your family’s situation, to establish whether this pathway fits. If you go forward with any pathway, the $300 is credited in full.
To keep each family’s roadmap intact, I accept a maximum of 14 families a month. When the pathway fits, your four sessions are scheduled and the Dossier ships to your door. When it doesn’t, I will say so plainly, and point you at the self-guided ladder or the executive engagement instead.

What happens in each of the four steps?
Step one reviews your parent’s assessment and establishes the true baseline. Step two introduces the phase volume matched to your score and puts it to work. Step three is the Legacy Audit: finding what earlier phases missed, so the catch-up work is named instead of haunting you. Step four is the final review: questions answered, friction addressed, your family ready to carry the plan.

What do I need to have ready?
Nothing except honesty about the current situation. The first session establishes the baseline together, and the Operational Review call before anything is paid confirms the pathway fits.
