What we collect

When you request the free Stability Brief or write to us, we collect what you give us: your name, your email address, optionally a phone number, and whatever you tell us about your situation. When you purchase a pathway, payment is processed by our payment provider; Golden Hour Aging does not store your card details.

Like most websites, our hosting keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.

How we use it

To send you what you asked for, to reply to you, to deliver what you purchased, and, if you have requested the Brief or joined our list, to send occasional emails you can leave with one click. That is the list in full.

What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers who make the site and email work, and they may use it only to provide those services. What you tell us about your family stays between you and us.

Health information

Anything you share about your parent’s health is treated as confidential. Golden Hour Aging is a planning and education service, not a healthcare provider, and does not create medical records. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email with one click, and you can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing through the contact page.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
